Certain remote areas of Abu Dhabi & Al Ain (e.g., Al Kua, Al Wikan, Bu Kiriya) are subject to a flat delivery fee of AED 50.
Our team will call you to confirm the order details and arrange delivery before dispatching.
If an item is out of stock, we will suggest a replacement or reschedule delivery.
If we are unable to reach you, delivery will be postponed automatically.
Standard delivery hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday. No delivery on Fridays.
All orders must be prepaid via card or online payment. Cash on delivery is not available.

All products are delivered frozen by a courier using specialized, temperature-controlled transport. This ensures the correct cold chain is maintained and your items arrive in perfect condition.
