⚠️ Important Notes

Certain remote areas of Abu Dhabi & Al Ain (e.g., Al Kua, Al Wikan, Bu Kiriya) are subject to a flat delivery fee of AED 50.
Our team will call you to confirm the order details and arrange delivery before dispatching.
If an item is out of stock, we will suggest a replacement or reschedule delivery.
If we are unable to reach you, delivery will be postponed automatically.

Frozen Delivery

All products are delivered frozen by a courier using specialized, temperature-controlled transport. This ensures the correct cold chain is maintained and your items arrive in perfect condition.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major online payment methods available on our website, including credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), as well as other secure online gateways integrated with Shopify.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders except deliveries to the following Emirates: Fujairah, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain, and Ras Al Khaimah.

Customers located in these regions are kindly requested to complete their purchases using one of the available online payment methods at checkout.
