Description
Andros Chef Blackberry Puree is a smooth, sweetened frozen fruit preparation in a 1 kg tub. Sugar is added to the blackberry base, so it is not an unsweetened fruit-only puree.
Blend into mousses, sorbets and coulis, taking the puree's sweetness into account when balancing the recipe. The smooth format provides blackberry flavour without the larger pieces found in compote. Thaw and store as directed on the tub, and measure portions for consistent dessert batches.
