Backaldrin Maize Bread Mix 50%, 15 kg
Description
Backaldrin Maize Mix is a corn-bread and roll premix in a 15 kg bag, with a 50% rate in its flour-based formulation. It brings a maize profile and popcorn components to bakery products.
Use the corresponding technical recipe to combine the mix with flour and the remaining dough ingredients. The 50% designation is a formulation rate, not a water-to-powder mixing instruction. The bag suits repeated professional batches of maize-style bread and rolls; keep it closed in cool, dry storage.
