A rich and vibrant taste is used in cooking and baking, to enhance the flavor of brioches, Booza (Arabic Ice-cream), Kadayif, baklava, loukoum, and other desserts. In savory dishes Bayara Mastica is usually paired with cardamom, enriching chicken, duck, rabbit, and fish with the dreamy Orient passion!
