Masdeu straight-edge sweet shortcrust mini tartlets provide ready-made shells for individual desserts. Each shell is 38 mm across and 20 mm high, with 192 shells in the box.
Their compact shape suits fruit, pastry cream, curd or ganache fillings. Masdeu identifies this format as bakeable and moisture resistant, allowing either a filled finish or a suitable baked recipe. Plan filling and service around the chosen recipe; moisture resistance does not mean unlimited holding time.
