Drinking water, refined deodorized frozen sunflower oil, salt, sugar, textured vegetable protein (wheat and pea), bamboo fiber, breadcrumb coating (wheat flour, pressed baker's yeast, salt, natural color paprika extract), konjac flour, wheat flour, purified carrageenan, methylcellulose thickener, modified corn starch, natural flavors "Shrimp", "Fish". Contains allergen: gluten. Non-GMO. Nutritional value per 100 g: fats – 5.3 g, saturated fats – 0.6 g; carbohydrates – 15 g, sugars – 2.5 g; proteins – 3.6 g; salt – 2 g. Energy value per 100 g: 540 kJ (kJ). Caloric content per 100 g: 131 kcal (kcal). Minimum shelf life: at a storage temperature not exceeding minus 18°C - no more than 12 months, with possible short-term temperature increases during transportation not exceeding 3°C. The product, in its original vacuum packaging, is recommended to be stored after thawing at a temperature from 0°C to plus 5°C for no more than 7 days, in an open package - no more than 3 days.

In a deep fryer: cook for 2-4 minutes. If frozen, cook for 6-8 minutes. In the oven: preheat to 180°C and cook for 10-15 minutes. On a pan: heat the pan and cook on low heat for about 4-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
