Switch 100% Vegan Kafta

These are now a regular item in our freezer. They cook quickly and work perfectly for wraps, rice dishes, or as part of a barbecue spread. The seasoning is balanced and not overpowering

I grilled these kafta skewers over the weekend and they turned out wonderfully. The parsley and spices give them a really authentic taste, and they stayed juicy throughout cooking. Great with pita and tahini

The kafta cooks quickly straight from frozen, which makes it very convenient for busy evenings. I liked that it doesn’t become too dry after cooking. Flavor is mild on its own, so sauces and spices help a lot. Overall, a decent plant-based alternative for everyday meals.

Bought it for home made sheshkebabs. Its taste is well seasoned and not too juicy, especially when pan fried. We used in wrap and it came out very tasty.

I appreciate that it’s healthy and plant-based. Tastes good with tahini
