Switch Vegan Mince, 6 kg Frozen
Description
Switch vegan mince is a pea-protein meat alternative supplied in a 6 kg frozen catering pack. It is designed for kitchens that cook meat-free sauces, pies and fillings in large batches, from restaurants and cloud kitchens to schools, offices and events. One pack covers many portions of bolognese, keema or chilli.
Why choose Switch Vegan Mince, 6 kg Frozen
Plant-based mince is one of the easiest ways to add vegan dishes to a menu, because it slots into recipes your team already knows. A 6 kg frozen format reduces packaging and lets you take out only what each service needs. Cook it as instructed and season for the dish, just as you would with any mince, rather than treating it as ready-to-eat.
Who it is for
This catering pack is designed for restaurants, cloud kitchens, hotels, school and office canteens and event caterers that offer plant-based dishes every day. Large families who cook vegan meals often can also save money and freezer trips by buying one big bag instead of several small packs.
