Directions Of Use Up to 75 kg bodyweight and for sensitive athletes mix a dose of 10 g with 150 ml of water. Over 75 kg bodyweight or for highly advanced performance mix a dose of 20 g with 300 ml of water. Consume 15 minutes before workout. Maximum daily dose is 20 g.
