Directions of use: Recommended dosage: For long-lasting intensive physical performance mix a dose of 90 g with 500 ml of water. It is recommended to drink with more water! For short lower intensity sports activities or strength activities, mix a dose of 45 g with 300-500 ml of water. Use maximum 4 doses (4 x 90 g) a day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
