This innovative weighted compression shirt system includes three components designed to enhance training. The first component is a 14-pocket inner compression shirt , which serves as the base layer. The second is our patented fit-right hydro-gel inserts , which slip into the strategically placed pockets in the inner shirt. Finally, the third component is a moisture-wicking outer compression shirt that locks down the gel inserts, ensuring the weight stays firmly in place during strenuous workouts. The hydro-gel inserts are strategically placed over large muscle groups to evenly distribute weight throughout the upper body. This design helps boost workout efficiency by improving speed, balance, endurance, and vertical leap. The TITIN Force™ Shirt System allows for natural movement without stressing or overloading your joints and can be worn during most workouts and training programs. Additionally, the hydro-gel inserts can be heated or cooled for use during or after workouts, maintaining their temperature for 35–45 minutes. The system is crafted with moisture-wicking A.M.Y.® antimicrobial materials to block odors and germs, ensuring comfort and hygiene. Heat and Cold Therapy Instructions Heat Therapy The most convenient method of heating the gels is in a microwave oven. Suggested heating times: 600–700 watt microwave: 30–45 seconds per side, 1100 watt: 30 seconds per side Be cautious when heating. All microwaves vary in heating, and gels may have "hot spots." Wait 60 seconds before use. The gels should feel WARM to the touch, NOT HOT. Hold the gels firmly against the skin for 30 seconds before deciding to reheat. If the gels are not warm enough, heat in 15-second increments, rotating each time. Cold Therapy Store gels in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Gels may be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready to use. Gels will remain flexible and do not freeze solid even at -20°F (-30°C). Always store gels in a plastic bag while in the freezer. Cold therapy is great for post-workout recovery! On your next workout, leave a second set in the freezer overnight and put it on after you return to help your muscles recover and reduce inflammation. **Do not wash or submerge gels in liquid.
