GreenChicken is a plant-based cutlet that impresses with its juiciness, taste, and natural habitual texture for chicken. Due to the balanced composition, the cutlet is an excellent source of "food pleasure".

Ingredients:

Drinking water, soy protein, corn starch, wheat protein, sunflower oil, sea salt, emulsifier cellulose gum, dry soy sauce, beet juice, acidity regulator citric acid, vegan chicken flavoring, breading mixture (wheat flour, drinking water, inactivated baker's yeast, salt, paprika extract), flavor enhancers (inactivated yeast extract, hydrolyzed plant-based protein).

Contains soy products. May contain a small amount of gluten.

Ingredients/composition

How to cook?

Blend base: In a blender or food processor, mix chickpeas, tofu, soy sauce, oil, and spices until smooth.

Form dough: Transfer to a bowl, add vital wheat gluten and nutritional yeast. Add a little water/broth. Knead lightly until elastic (1–2 min).

Shape cutlets: Divide into 2 pieces, flatten into cutlet shapes.

Steam: Place in a steamer for ~20 minutes (this helps them firm up).

Cook: Pan-fry with a little oil for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
