High-Protein Vegan Burrito Recipe with Plant-Based Mince

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 3 limes, juiced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 tomatoes, diced

  • A handful of fresh cilantro, chopped (plus extra for the drizzle)

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 2–3 tbsp water

  • Lettuce, shredded

  • Large tortillas

Bring It Together

Step 1: Prepare the Protein Filling

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion, garlic, and chili flakes, sautéing until fragrant and softened.
